I have been staying at this hotel since 2014. After 2021, the hotel has noticeably deteriorated in its cleanliness; the territory, lobby, pool, restaurant, and especially the breakfast dishes are dirty. You may be willing to put up with it for the bargain price, but for me this was the last visit. It's a shame to see how this once great hotel is deteriorating. I don’t have enough words and nerves to describe how much everything has changed and not for the better. The breakfasts have become simply terrible, barely warm, almost cold, the menus are not tasty; Eggs or omelettes are fried simply disgusting. Non-smoking rooms next to smokers, which simply poisons life when you leave your room to the pool and are forced to inhale the smog from all sorts of rubbish from the next room. Broken bar counters on the hotel premises make the appearance terrible. I love animals, but a large number of hungry cats on the territory does not make your vacation complete because you see these unfortunate cats and have to feed them. I don’t want to write anything more except that this hotel needs to radically think about everything that I have listed.

From the check-in process which included a complimentary beverage, to the pool right outside of our room, to the breakfast buffet, everything at this hotel was extraordinary. It's enough off the beaten path that it's not incessantly noisy, but it's also a short walk to the food stands, great restaurants and the beach. When we had difficulty securing a ride to the airport on January 1st, the hotel staff went above and beyond and personally drove us to the airport for the same price as the cab would have been. We would not have made our flight out, otherwise.

Palmery is such a beautiful place. With multiple pools per block makes it really nice as it never gets crowded. It's a wakable distance to the beach as well as shuttle service is offered multiple times throughout the day. I did the breakfast option and i was not disappointed. I would stay here again.

Clean, family friendly hotel

As soon as I arrived at The Palmery I was very happy with how pretty and clean it looked. The women at the desk were welcoming and the gentleman helped us carry our bags to our room. We were upgraded for free to a poolside room and it was spacious, clean and really pretty. It was so nice to be able to step out onto a private patio and go right into the pool. We also checked out the shared pool because it had a less deep kids pool for my 2 year old to play in. We opted out of the breakfast and ate outside the hotel but we did order room service twice and it was good and the price wasn't too bad but you can definitely get cheaper eats outside the hotel but it was nice not to have to leave the room, expecially when we were still jet lagged and tired. They have a free shuttle to the beach every hour starting at 9am and we decided to walk back from the beach to the hotel once and it was not far. Overall I am pretty picky about staying at hotels, cleanliness is a big deal since I am traveling with a child. I would 100% stay here again.

Hopping into a pool on hot day -- what could be better than that . . . maybe going to the nice sandy beach or eating inexpensive awesome food . . . or maybe just chilling with a cold beer -- awesome place to spend a vacation! Lots of food choices, 7-11 and "Quicky Mart" locations are nearby.

Nice hotel, quiet and clean

It was 9 nights in a quiet place, with a lot of trees and other luxuriant vegetation. All the hotel staff were very kindly with us. They didn't speak English, only a little, but however our communication was ok.

A cute boutique hotel with very good service

We came to spend 5 days in Phuket as a romantic gataway with my husband. This hotel is very nice boutique hotel with many rooms having private access to shared swimming pools (I believe they are 6 in total in the hotel), this is really enjoyable, though I would recommend to pick a room a bit further away as the rooms closer to the lobby are much less private. The room was nice, modern and spacious, though the finishes in the bathroom could have been a bit nicer but it was very clean, which is what really matters. Service was extremely good and friendly, their English was sometimes a bit limited but we always got what we wanted and in no time. Free Wifi works very well. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that the hotel is far from the beach and you need to rent a car if you stay there but I really think you need a car in Phuket in general if you want to fully enjoy the island and its many beaches.
