Quiet, nice, clean, secured, close beach and very central location.
Apartment 45 sqm in private secure new build residence: Phuket villa Patong beach. 1 separate bedroom, salon, kitchen, balcony, 2 aircon.
Very nice and large swimming pool maintained daily, arbored with palm tree, 1 fitness room with new equipment, 2 sauna.
free unlimited Wi-Fi connexion, very large screen plasma TV with international cable channels.
We can accommodate 3 persons (1 dble bed and 1 sofa bed).
Charges
electric and water is not included in the rental price:
electric and water will charge at 100 baht per day , payable at check-in.
Situation :
All is walking distance.... 5 minutes from the beach front 2 minutes from Jungceylon shopping mall the largest and the best in Patong, fresh market and night food market, mini marts. Many restaurants and night life places all around as well
bike rental .

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut,die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Pool lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig und hat leider auch keine einzigen Sonnenschirm. Die Gastgeber sind absolut Hilfsbereit,und sehr geduldig! Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
