This property had everything I needed, really close distance to everything in Patong. Clean enough and 24hr reception. They’d clean my room daily. The receptionists were also very helpful with suggestions for transport and things to do. Would recommend!

Perfect little hotel in the heart of Patong, within walking distance of all the main attractions patong has to offer. The hotel itself is tucked away from the main nightlife which is perfect for when you're trying to sleep, or relax in your room. I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff are, going out of their way to help you book anything you may need during your stay. Can't recommend this place enough.

Mi peor estancia en Tailandia. No comprendo como este hotel tiene una puntuación tan alta. Sabanas, baño sucio. Olor a alcantarilla inclusive se metían los zancudos por ahí aún teniendo ventanas cerradas y aire condicionado. Lejos del centro y en zona muy solitaria.

Wir waren 1 Monat im Memory Boutique und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Service war absolut top, egal ob man ein anderes Kissen haben wollte oder kleinere Handtücher, es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Die Zimmer selber waren auch sauber, aber wenn man ganz genau hinschaut ist da noch Luft nach oben z.B. in den Schränken oder gelegentlich das Waschbecken. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 50m von einer gut befahrenen Straße entfernt, die man dank der lauten Roller zu jeder Zeit akustisch wahr nimmt.

1. They don’t even give complimentary water bottles. That’s very cheap practice. Specially when we booked them at a higher price compared to what they were offering to walk in guests. 2. Only electric kettle in the room, you need to buy your own coffee/tea. Another cheap practice. 3. There were ants in the room. 4. Room size is smaller compared to other rooms available in the same price. 5. Bathroom shower shoots sharp water jet, not a relaxing experience. 6. Airconditioner is old and blower makes noise. 7. Location is okay. 8. Best place to eat nearby is Ancino restaurant. 9. Also, doesn’t make sense to book tours from them as cheaper options are available in the market. 10. Owner is nice guy, and the reception area is cozy.

Lovely stay

Nice hotel with some really great hosts, who will make sure you have everything you need. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach, so it's a good location if you don't want to be right in the heart of everything. They provide services like laundry and bike rental, so you don't have to venture far to get things done.

Minus for en mindre bagatell mangler rekkverk på siste trappavsattsen fra 2 til 1 etg, litt skummelt med barn og/ eller når du er litt full (tatt noen øl for mye). Litt dårlig vanndrenering i dusjen på rommene som kan skyldes at gjester drar med seg litt for mye sand inn på badet når man dusjer på ettermiddagen. Ellers er dette bare et fantastisk flott hotell med en koselig reseptionsområde hvor det også serveres frokost om morgen. Utleie av håndkle, liggeunderlag til bruk på stranda og MC utleie for en meget billig penge. Gode madrasser og det lukter skikkelig rent overalt fra sengeklærne, og når man får sine personlige klær igjen etter rensing og vask. Alt er på stell og det er en dyktig Danske som driver stedet samens med sin kone, og denne fyren kan dette med og lede ansatte samt drive et hotell. Profesjonell staff som er særdeles imøtekommende hva angår service uten at det blir for mye av det gode om dere skjønner hva jeg mener. Når det gjelder innredningen så er dette et kapittel for seg selv. Det er valgt en helt spesiell stil med litt "gamle solide" møblement som er gjort litt "schubby" med vilje samens med litt grå betong nede i reseptionsområdet, og resultatet ble meget bra. Bra Wi-Fi. Kort avstand til Nanai Road, Big-C, Hard Rock Cafe, masse små intime barer. Ja jeg vil virkelig anbefale dette hotellet.
