This is an excellent hotel in PATONG offering attractive price for the stay. We had a wonderful stay. The room is spacious and clean. The location is good, away from nightlife noise yet it’s within good walking distance to shops. Breakfast is good and passed the test. The breakfast room is large but filled up quickly. Good selections of food. Friendly staffs. Nice simmering pools. Good dining restaurant with reasonable price. We walked around the area and really enjoyed this location. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.

I like the location. Staff are very friendly and nice. I don’t like our room. Shower kept flooding also mildew and smelly. The whole building needs an upgrade. To be rated 5 stars it was very disappointing.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind especially the activities team! Asha and Dino were incredibly kind and motivating. Aqua aerobics became one of my daughter and my favourite part of the trip!

Room and ammenities within the rooms, especially the bathroom, were excellent. Only one pool accessible for people in wheelchairs and even that didn’t have handrails on any of the steps into the pool. This took a bit of manoeuvering to get in and out. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. It should’ve had some handrails should’ve had handrails to get into one of the pools.

This is our second visit to Graceland and we enjoyed it again but it is aging a bit . The pools are in need of repair and the room was not as good like previously. The breakfast was still of a high standard seen it is a bulk large resort . Overall a good resort needing updating and lots of pool repairs
