Night shift Staff is Rude and Shouted At Me Water Cutoff at 11pm and not able to rectify till next morning Noisy Upgrading Works Are Carry Out Even On Sunday Breakfast Provided was Pathetic. Restaurant Terrible service. i was denied service

3 night stay. Front desk staff is really friendly good service. Pool good . Clean rooms. Wifi is super slow. I put two starts becouse. I when to the restaurant monday october 23 at 348 pm. To ask for the happy hour and restaurant staff said i can't have the happy hour. And treat me with a really rude actitud. I end up humiliated by them. At the end they just leave me alone no service at all. Im from colombia. I have no idea if is and ethnic problem. I been in thailand for 3 months stay at alot of hotels. And is the first time someone treats me like this . So so rude. Happy hour is food and drinks half price is a good deal. But i end up spending my money at other restaurant. 1000 bath plus tip. Happy hour is offer from 12 pm to 4 pm. At the end i call the manager on duty. Her name is Noon she was so helpful. And receive my complain.

There is nothing special about the rooms and the service.The room itself isn't that great, but I liked the balcony, and the price was reasonable when I made the booking. Also it's in downtown Patong, so quite convenient. In summary, Nothing special, but when I consider the price, it was just okay.

Not a family hotel.

Seems old and worn hotel. We experienced several coch roaches in our room. Free Wifi reception only best in restaurant, where you feel obliged to buy something. Sometimes free wifi were closed for some reason. Hotel staff nice and friendly. Thai boxing commercial cars driving around constantly with speakers saying "Tonight is special night" every night. Many people we spoke to was VERY annoyed by these speaker cars. Hotels should join together to get rid of this annoyance. Otherwise location is central.

happy stay

This hotel is just a few minute walk from the heart of Patong. good to stay with friends, not so romantic. loud people walking to room at night. pool is OK. room kind of dated. price is right. travel agent in reception area very good. No free Wifi, only in restaurant, and they will only give you about 30mins until you buy more. Either way, I would stay here again.
