This home was perfect for our party of 7! We came for the Morgan Wallen concert and long weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the pool was vreat and the location was perfect. Hosts were responsive and communication was easy. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in for a concert.

Although the space was great and cleanliness was on point the games were all broken, lost, or torn so we weren’t able to play any. There were only 2 tvs in the entire property

Just what we needed

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The floors have not been mopped is quiet some time. (This is obviously on the cleaning crew, not the homeowner.) Pictures need to be updated because the large outdoor swing/chair is no longer there. No dressers in half the rooms, that was a bit of an inconvenience. But other than that, the kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfy. Pool was clean and well maintained. Check in process was smooth. Overall the home fit the bill and we would have no hesitation to stay again! Our family had a great time!

Great place for family fun

I was graduating from Grand Canyon University and we made a little vacation out of it. We didn’t even use the pool or backyard but we still loved the house. It had everything we needed and was within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to go to like restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful home!

Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay at Windsor Phoenix. The home has been nicely updated with an abundance of amenities. Although we did not cook meals, the kitchen has everything you would need and more. The patio, pool and game area was enjoyed by all. The management company is quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
