Upscale, private Adobe-style residence surrounded by $1M homes in beautiful North Scottsdale, AZ, adjacent to Tonto National Forest, just east of Desert Mountain. Recently renovated, newly furnished, and decorated in authentic south-western style.

Stretch out in large, high ceiling living and family rooms (each with marble floors and a fireplace), or curl up with a book in the cozy study. Prepare gourmet meals in the large kitchen (granite counter tops, island, stainless steel appliances) or cook out on the outdoor grill. Head outside to the large yet intimate patio (with outdoor fireplace), or jump into your private, large salt-water heated pool with a beautiful natural stone waterfall (Waterfall is currently available only for limited use). Enjoy magnificent views of the East Valley and the mountains from the rooftop observation terrace. At the end of the day, relax in the spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floors, 2 walk-in closets, private entrance from patio, large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two upstairs bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed), each with a private bathroom and balcony access overlooking the back yard patio and the pool. There is additional room to sleep 2 more people on futons in the study and the master bedroom. (Altogether the house sleeps 6 - 8 guests).
You’ll always find something fun to do whether you’re getting some sun in a chaise lounge beside the pool or playing yard games with your family and friends. The property offers ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, water basketball hoop, other yard games. If you’re looking for indoor entertainment, you’ll find large screen HD TVs, cable, high-speed internet, a collection of DVDs, books, and board games.

There are plenty of other adventures a short drive from the house. A number of golf courses within several miles. 20 minutes to Bartlett Lake (beaches, boat rentals). Several nearby trail heads into the Tonto National Forest. 10-15 minutes from dining and shopping in Carefree and Cave Creek.

Per Arizona state code and the design of our pool, unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests with children under six years of age.

The home has two exterior security cameras installed. One faces the driveway and the front of the home. The second faces the pool area and the rear of the home. The purpose of these cameras is for the security of the home.

If you plan to use the pool during your stay, our home is at an altitude that typically requires pool heating during the winter months. Pool heating does require an additional fee or deposit, depending on the duration of your stay. Please refer to the rental agreement for specifics regarding pool heating.

The home has three fireplaces. Two located inside the home and one located outside. Due to safety precautions, one fireplace is locked and not for guest use. The two other fireplaces are free to be used. Firewood is not provided. Please check for burn bans while staying.
