3 miles to Mesa Riverview, the Spring Training Home of the Chicago Cubs! ASU campus is only 2 miles away. 1 mile to access to the Valley Metro Light Rail stop at Apache Blvd & Price Road. Near several other city bus stops. The Tempe Diablo Stadium, the Desert Botanical Garden or the Phoenix Zoo are within a 10 mile radius.

Ground floor condo close to pool, spa & fitness room. Sleeps 2 adults in 1 bedroom or up to 4 guests with queen-size sleeper sofa in living room.
