Property was a motel with room doors on the exterior. It was located in an area that was not safe for walking and had no nearby restaurants and no restaurant at the property. The physical building was well maintained and the room was clean and the desk staff helpful. But I didn't stay and moved to a different hotel because of lack access to restaurants and room door on exterior. Property should be described as a motel not a hotel.

I recently stayed a night at the Sure Stay Best Western after my flight was unexpectedly cancelled. They are a 10 minute ride from the airport. The staff was professional. The room was spacious for what I had paid for it. In my opinion the most important part of staying in a hotel is the cleanliness and they really did great here. The whole room, especially the shower and toilet, was in good shape. They do have a pool that was small but well kept but I didnt have the chance to go in it. They also have a continental breakfast in the morning, once again I didnt get it because I wanted food at the airport. However they helped make an unfortunate situation better and I would recommend this place if you ever get stuck in Phoenix for a cheap and clean night stay

The shuttle service isn’t great. It’s part of a shuttle for long term parking so you have to go through the lot of people getting dropped at their cars before you get to the hotel. The hotel is a converted motel 6. It’s fine for a last-minute stay over in Phoenix but I definitely would not want to be here for more than one night.

I needed a last minute hotel due to a flight being delayed. Hotel has a 24 hour shuttle, staff was super helpful and the room was clean. Very much a refuge when I needed one.
