Hotel changed hands and under construction. I called prior to confirm and directions, no mention of construction. No pool or other amenities we were expecting. Asked for a discount on our next stay and was turned down.

I’m sure this place will be nice once the construction is finished, however I was very surprised to find out it is undergoing major remodeling. No signs out front- missed it twice. No breakfast that I purposely booked this place for. Not even a coffee maker in the room. Room is unfinished. Missing outlet covers, toilet paper holder, hairdryer, closet, etc. We didn’t have enough towels or and cups at the sink. Some floor tiles are loose and the shower fixtures leak. On the plus side the staff is kind, the room is clean, and the bed is cozy.

They were doing some upgrades. It will look great when finished. A storm a few weeks before knocked some trees down so parking was limited. Best motel coffee I’ve ever had. I would stay again.

The room was ok and the staff were friendly and courteous. I was disappointed that I was not informed of the MAJOR construction when to booking! As well they proceeded to have their trees pruned and the company doing the work parked In front of my rental car put them in a wood chipper and no one asked me to move my car prior to doing so at 8am. I came out to saw dust and shavings all over the car so I had to do a walk around to be sure there was no damage from a company the hotel hired. I found this all to leave me a little unsettled the entire stay. Communication was lacking on the hotels part.

Continuous renovation chaos throughout the hotel. Stayed for 6 nights.. the room was cleaned once! After we left a note. Constant needing to call desk for room items. Front staff was good especially Russell? I think his name was.. give him a raise. He pulled most of the weight and covered shifts.
