Convenient to the airport, the freeway and dining. Affordable compared to nearby similar hotels. Friendly and quick check in by professional staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, blow dryer and iron in room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with my check in, and always greeted me whenever I either left or came back. The room was very quiet, clean and spacious. I will definitely stay again when I visit the Phoenix area next time.

To our shock, we got a phone call from the front desk at 7 AM when we were asleep that there was a noise complaint from our room. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE We are in our 70's and totally quiet. When we asked at the front desk what kind of noise they said they didn't know and didn't ask. CAN THIS BE SOME SORT OF SCAM?

Nice stay

The trip started on a disappointing note. Prior to my arrival I requested a late check in after midnight. The hotel responded by saying it would not be a problem. I arrived at 1:30 am, luckily the front door was not locked/secured. No employee could be found, myself and my friend remained in the lobby for several hours unable to check in. Luckily the bathroom was also unlocked and unsecured, because we were able to use the bathroom. A female worker arrived to start the breakfast, she was horrified to hear that we were waiting for four hours. She apologized and immediately contacted a manager to let her know of the situation. We were offered a hot breakfast and drinks. While having breakfast the day shift manager arrived and apologized for the unfortunate situation and made sure it was corrected. The situation would have been worse if the front door and bathroom were locked and inaccessible. Other than the rough start, the hotel is conveniently located, it’s clean and safe.

We had THE most pleasant stay. From check in to check out, Coolidge took amazing care of us. We were in town from NY for a music festival and were traveling up north for the second half of our trip, and Coolidge hooked us up with the locals recommendations. Great customer service, everyone was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We had a great experience and would stay there again.
