• $400 refundable security deposit, OR

• $40 nonrefundable damage waiver



The damage waiver covers minor accidental damage up to $150. It does not cover smoking-related damage, missing items, or major/intentional damage.



This process is completed off-platform and is required for all reservations.

• Breed restrictions may apply



Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee.

• Noise monitors measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations or audio.

• Security cameras are located in common areas and hallways for safety and security.

• Tampering with monitoring equipment may result in additional fees.
