Was here for my graduation and i regret booking. The afternoon staff was very nice but the staff that came in the evening was a very rude. The room was smelly and dirty there was hair on the floor and in the bathtub in the bathroom. Wasn’t a great area, there was two nights that we heard gun shots and police sirens. Old and outdated. Was not worth the price. Will never book in this area or this particular Sonesta suites again. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking.

The staff was great. Very helpful. And friendly . The booking was easy. The room was actually pretty good. Mostly up to date . The layout was good with small kitchen and a great desk to work from . Only issue was cleanliness. It just needs to be kept up a little cleaner. The room i had just needed to be vacuumed a little better before checking in. And maybe a lot more air freshener. I would stay there again. Its not a resort ,but the price is good to save on a nearby business conference seminar event . Its a good place in an easy location.

Rooms are out dated this is more of an extended stay where people live rather than a hotel. Room service they do not come and clean rooms daily or change towels because it is an extended stay. Area is not great lots of loitering and homelessness.

The staff was great the entire 3 weeks. All amenities were working, room was clean, and set up for long term rentals. Rooms were exceptionally quiet. When standing in the hallway, one could hear sounds coming from various rooms, but when in your own room it was quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when we return to Tempe area.
