Excellent staff. The hotel is located right next to downtown Asland with access to restaurants, theater, and Lithia Park. They have a slow charger for electric vehicles. The chairs are cushioned and low to the ground and you sink, making the table come up to your chest so you can't get any work done in your room. At 6:50 a.m. the neighbor turned on the fan in the bathroom and it rattled the wall loudly for a half hour. This might be particular to the one room.

The first time we stayed at The Bard's Inn back in 2020 was an amazing experience. The room was extremely nice, service was great, food was great. This time, though, the room was very dingy, with minimal amenities. It looked as though nothing had been done with it in years. The food experience was less than satisfactory as well.
