Fantastic

This property was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It was close to our daughters college for moving her out for the summer and all communication was very easy with the owner. The pool was close to the unit and the lake view was gorgeous and peaceful. Super clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

Great place in Phoenix

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It's a nice, quiet area and the condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The owners are awesome and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again

Wonderful week

The condo was great. Many special amenities were available. Very clean and overlooks the lake. Plenty of room for two couples. We were able to enjoy walking around the lake and watching the wildlife. Owners were very helpful in returning what we left bring. Would go back

Well stocked VRBO

This was a great condo for a three week vacation. It was one of the best stocked VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Along with complete kitchen utensils there was a full spice rack (saving buying spices for a few weeks stay), sufficient garbage bags and condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.) along with coffee and starting supply of toilet paper, etc. There were tennis rackets and balls (although my tennis days are past) and pool supplies.The beds were very comfortable and the patio overlooking the small lake was very relaxing.The keyless entry was great and had no problems finding the unit although the somewhat random numbering of parking spots caused some confusion until you locate your parking spot.The pictures on the listing are accurate. I would recommend this VRBO if you wish to visit the Phoenix area.

Best getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we plan to make it an annual visit. It has great freeway access, is close to shopping and best of all is just minutes from my family’s home!😊. The community is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. The condo has been remodeled with top notch finishes and has everything you could possibly need!

Beautiful location on the lake with mama and baby ducks

We very much enjoyed the property. The neighborhood wasn't terrible but there were some homeless nearby. We would have very much preferred the deck to not be screened as the views and animals were extremely enjoyable to watch.

Beautiful interior

Home was beautiful. You could tell that pretty much everything had recently been updated or replaced (one of the mattresses in the spare bedroom could use replacing). We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7 because many nights we got home late and sore from the day's adventures, and could still partake. Surrounding homes were quiet and peaceful (these are condos that are almost apartment style). Home was fully furnished with anything you could need, including floats for the pool, tennis rackets for the courts, linens, towels, etc. Wi-fi was a little slow and kept disconnecting, but for us, we had no pressing business so it was just a mild annoyance. If you travel a block away from the home, there are homeless everywhere. The neighborhood made us a little nervous (especially after seeing bars on the doors and windows of this VRBO), but there were none that we saw on property and they seemed to stay contained away from this property. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place highly, even with the homeless population so close.

Awesome Place to Stay

I do not have enough words to describe the stay. It was awesome and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Phoenix. The owners were awesome and very quick to respond to our needs. The place was clean and very comfortable, my family and enjoyed the screened porch with the view. One of the best vacation rentals that I’ve been in.

Best VRBO Phoenix

This place is beautiful. It is up to date, clean, beautiful and the owners made us feel at home. The views from the patio are beautiful. The condo is roomy. We had 5 adults. The owners communicated well with us. We will def stay here again if we come back to Phoenix! Highly recommend. Can’t say enough positives about this place.
