My credit card was charged two additional days, causing me to dispute the charges and have my card replaced. Coffee pot in room would be nice, as would additional blankets. Heater didn't work.

Dear Anonymous I am sorry for the issues you described but without knowing your name I am unable to look into any of this. When we start our renovation the plans are to put in room coffee makers as well as new furniture,beds,showers,vanities etc. I would appreciate it if you could provide me your room number so I can check into the heater issue. Until then we wish you safe travels.

They didn’t reserve the reservation said that you guys at Travelocity had made a mistake and that they weren’t taking to third party reservations and that they didn’t have my room because you guys didn’t send the reservation to them they trued to charge me more than the reservation I made with u

Dear Mike, I am sorry for the issue you encountered but the reservation made through the 3rd party site never generated through our system and even checking our property extranet linked to 3rd party sites there was no reservation under your name. This is a issue you will need to take up with the company you booked through. Again I am sorry for the issues and we wish you safe travels.

MOTEL 6 SHOULD NOT BE LISTED BY TRAVELOCITY

Pros: NOTHING, I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN
THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU SHOW UP AFTER 6:00 PM, THEY ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS, THERE IS NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR, THEY HAVE NO BATH AMENITIES,THEY DO NOT MAKE UP THE BED DURING YOUR STAY.

Terrible experience

We stayed at the motel for four nights. Every evening we visited the motel office to reprogram our room keys. Apparently they changed the key codes daily without telling us. We saw some underage boys daily waiting their turns to enter into a room occupied by a white woman. One morning someone pounded our door at 5:30 AM. The motel staff assured us that their housekeeping staff starts work at 10 AM. Another evening we returned to our room and we found it that it was not cleaned. Every night we awoke due to loud rap music outside, a lot of party activities at adjacent rooms, people going in and out of rooms talking loudly in foul language. At about 5 AM we could hear everyone leaving the motel and the party activities stop. On our last night at 3 AM, a lady was asking if her husband was in one of the rooms. As we were leaving the room with our luggage we noticed that someone had urinated our motel door.

Nice staff, didn't stay

Pros: Great staff
Cons: Hmmmm.... the rooms? I know, obvious answer.
Location: Location was safe and fun.
Great staff. Wonderful people and I encountered two different staff workers who were both great. Room, however, I will decline from comment. If you smoke, you will probably be OK. I didn't stay. I pre-paid for the room and got a great rate and am not upset in the least. I know I'm taking my chances. If I was a smoker I probably would have stayed. Good location.
