Welcome to this Huge 3 BR upstairs unit where comfy and cozy meet stylish and modern Located in the Gtown / East falls area and includes 1 bathroom, living/family room along with a kitchen, dining area, and front patio / lounging area! TVs In each room & living room! Security cameras on premises, one inside of unit as well as one outside, they only cover the front entrances. Don’t pack heavy as I promise we have everything you could possibly need for a stay of any time frame! Amazing experience & Roomy stay!
My friend group & i had a great stay! Property was spacious for our group of 7, had games, & everything! Our renter was very kind & communicative! We come here every year around this time for a music event & would use this rental again!

Not as expected
It was an easy check-in process. We were in town early, but we’re encouraged not to checkin until after 3 as stated on the site. We completely understood, believing that they needed the time to ensure the property was suited for guests. However, that was far from the truth. We arrived to trash at the door. It could have been a neighbor’s. So we opened the 1st door to find dirt, a broom, broken pieces of wood, etc. The next entrance lead to a very dark, steep stairway. We inspected the place to find it hadn’t been dusted, vacuumed, plastic on the windows, blinds broken, sticky brown substance in the bottom of the freezer with a half bag of used ice stuck to it, a missing light bulb in the kitchen, laundry still in the dryer, etc. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. The pictures on VRBO showed an inviting home with treats on the beds. If someone actually came there set it up like the pictures, I am sure they would have noticed the place was not up to par. We expressed our discontent and the owner was very cooperative and apologetic for the experience. However, the property manager became involved. He was not as professional and didn’t not have customer service etiquette. He was argumentative and said that saying we were leaving a review would be trying to harm his business on purpose. I explained that leaving it actually helps people like me make a decision on whether or not these places are suitable for our families. And although they were adamant about refunding our payment, it felt like a gesture to prevent a review. Hopefully, after this review, they will ensure that some changes are made to the property so that it is welcoming, well lit, clean, etc. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to send them pictures and video for improvements. However, I hope they truly went to the property that evening to check it out themselves. The experience had us searching for a place to stay on a very busy weeny weekend with most hotels booked for the weekend. We spent more money than had planned. However, it was worth it for the family.

Beautiful Home
It was such a great home and accommodated my family and I well. Enough room to sleep and the kids to roam around. Location was not that exciting since we had kids but it was easy to access. Check in and out was smooth. Our host was always available if we had any questions. Overall, they had everything we needed, enough bed, lots of space, games, coffee, wifi, well decorated and clean. They do have a camera at the top of the stairs once you enter the unit. I wasn’t aware but maybe I missed that memo. Thank you for a wonderful overall!!!

Lovely Home
Great place to stay, parking was a little unforgiving due to it being on the street. Nonetheless, the unit was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities and Amirra was such a great help with anything we needed. The location is also only a few minutes from the city which made it easy to plan out our day with activities.

Comfortable and convenient
The unit was clean, well decorated, and updated. Impressive in an old building. Neighborhood has easy access to major arteries and SEPTA, is relatively quiet, and while parking is on the street, I never had to park far away.

The renting process was very easy. Not being familiar with the area, and it was dark and a 10 hour drive, it was a little hard to find, but all in all it was a nice experience.
