I walked into my room and my child was greeted by a roach on the counter. Upon letting the staff know, I was simply told that management would be in the next day. Despite the challenge that left my family displaced to the night, hotels.com did an amazing job taking care of us. As a platinum member, I was grateful.

Exterior of the property was nice and appeared to be well kept. The lobby and entrance were nice as well. We were given room 321 and as soon as we stepped off the elevator we noticed a very strong unpleasant smell. Kinda like mold or musty, but something different, more rancid. As soon as we stepped in the room we were hit with an even stronger similar odor. It was 11:30pm and we just wanted to settle in so we opened the windows (thankfully they opened partially) and tried to let it air out. That worked temporarily but once we had to leave for the day and closed the windows the smell came right back when we returned. We probably should have asked for another room but when the odor is that bad in the hallways you have to question the cleanliness of the entire property. It was also this reason we decided to not partake in the free breakfast. Overall disappointing and we won't be returning.

I stayed here last night 9-16-25 and I couldn’t sleep due to the noises from the next rooms showers and toilets, I explained this to management Dee and she said she told the general manager Lora Little who didn’t take the time to call me so she can hear these loud noises I recorded staying in room# 215. Dee claimed no other guests complained about these noises I don’t believe that because it’s too loud not to hear it. I wish I could attach the noises to this review. Dee stated the GM Lora was on the property, but left, but why not call me before you left, that’s what a person with good customer service skills would have done. My check in was a long wait because they had a guy who only worked the front desk 5 times per Dee, I don’t know why he would be left alone at the front desk knowing he wasn’t trained to do so.

We would stay here again. The property was clean both inside and out. Pool was not as clean and clear as it could be. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of plenty. Great location for visiting Ft. Benning. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning.

As you walk in the hotel the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The entire place smelled very strange. The pool was full of gross things. We asked for bath towels and was told they would bring them to us and we ended up having to go to the laundry room where the housekeepers were arguing and was told they had no clean towels.
