They charge my credit cards at 1pm the day of arrival before I got there without my approval

Anytime that there is a city wide sellout or big weekend going on then yes we do preauthorize and charge cards early on the day of arrival. This is to ensure that the rooms being held are secure for that guest and if not then we can reach out to then to update the payment or cancel to open up the room availibilty for someone else. Absolute waste of money! But all other hotels were sold out or we would have left! Filled with cockroaches and watched multiple drug deals with employees using rooms as meeting places in back of hotel! Refused to refund us any money when we brought up the cockroaches said they hear it all the time and management does nothing about it. Hotel needs shut down!!

The location of the motel is excellent and the rooms were very clean. Got there around 8:00pm and it took over 20 minutes for the clerk to come into the lobby to check us in. There were people that were waiting before us. Upon checking out the next day, the same clerk messed up and over charged us and made us miss our son’s airborne graduation.

The night staff lady was super friendly, after condolence of a family member to us and also wished me luck on my early am surgery. The only thing that was a little scary was for me and my daughter to entertain our room from back of building rm 136 which we did ask for 1st floor room. We had to park nearly behind building due to other customers where parked center of the lines taking 2 parking spaces. In return it was 6 spaces they took. Very inconsiderate of the customers. Room and bed was great( comfy and soft after a week of family funeral and no rest. Thank you and yes I will stay again and refer others. Just a little scary for two ladies at 11pm
