The reception staff was awesome and helpful. The shuttle to the airport made our two stays there very convenient in addition to the location of the hotel being only 10 minutes from the Malpensa airport. The restaurant servers were inattentive and the restaurant prices were exorbitant. There are many good restaurants within walking distance with excellent food and good prices. All that being said, I would definitely stay here again due to its competent front desk staff, location and complimentary airport shuttle.

We had a very early flight from Malpensa Airport and had stay at a nearby Hotel. I ma glad we picked Crowne plaza. The hotel is clean , beds are comfortable. Receptionists were very friendly, we did not eat at the Hotel's restaurant but went to a local restaurants walking distance from the Hotel , which was wonderful ! The shuttle took us to the airport .... very convenient!

The fact that you need to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, or else you get charged, is ridiculous. And it is NOT stated in the hotel overview that you will be charged if not booked in advance. Overview says FREE airport shuttle. That’s it. It’s an airport hotel, the shuttle should be free no matter what time you book it.
