The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "
