"Had an enjoyable stay, was glad there was fitness center I could use. The only issues I had was that you had to pay for the WiFi, and the deposit amount was $100 a night when I was told it was $50 when I called ahead. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice."

"The only issue I had was every time I went to use the elevator, it was always full with the cleaners and their carts. Outside of that, the place was wonderful! The rooftop bar was on point especially as the sun was setting. The bed was very comfortable and I felt very safe at this hotel. I would definitely stay again."

"rooms were clean and tidy. Staff & customer service was excellent. The pancake waffle unit was out of service- how difficult is it to get a replacement unit on site?. My granddaughter was disappointed and we went elsewhere for breakfast. breakfast as an amenity is part of the reason we choose holiday inn express. a protocol to get units repaired or replaced "quickly" should be instituted and customers should be made aware of the issue during check in. Thanks"
