After arriving in Santa Rosa late at night and checking into your beautiful hotel, we were disappointed at how late we arrived but looked over the hotel itinerary of activities and even discussed coming back to allow ourselves more time to enjoy the property. We woke up early the next morning to get ready for our daughter’s event and unfortunately discovered some unwelcome guests in our room. We first noticed baby roaches inside the refrigerator, which forced us to throw away the food we had brought for our trip. As I was putting my shoes on, I then noticed more along the floorboards, and shortly after we saw a large one in the corner of the room. I was not able to get pictures of all of them but I do have photos/videos for your reference. I do not typically complain about bugs, but the number we encountered felt excessive and concerning. We were particularly troubled by how many we found in such a short amount of time. We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
