At first after I checked in I opened the door and was put off by stains on the carpet and chair. Hotel definately looks worn down. I had 2 super thin pillows on my king size bed. Phone did not connect to reception. I would have checked out but was prepaid so went to reception. Very nice, apologetic and helpful. Got thick pillows soon after. The bed was wonderful which made up for a lot Breakfast was great with loads of options. Gym well equiped. What turned out to be a major disappointment turned out to be pleasant for 2 night stay.

Novotel Perth Hotel was average as a hotel. The room was decent and the area accessible. The pool water is ridiculously warm and was dirty when I was there. The sauna was not easy to find and some staff did not know its location when asked. In respect to the staff, except for a few members, I constantly felt dismissed or put off by their attitude. The bar team was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short visit.
