Chen room, spacious, nice view from balcony. Except parking is limited but luckily parking facility is within a walking distance from the hote but you have to pay. Shops are within the area. Good place to stay.

A few things Rang early in the day to request an earlier check in 2pm - 230pm due to a wedding I was attending Staff said they would call me but never did. I had to ring twice even at 2pm was told it isn’t ready which I find strange as I got there at 210pm and the room was ready. Fire alarm went off at 1am. Counter staff was friendly but little communication to guests. I also had to get 3 room card replacements because they kept failing and yes I kept it away from my phone. At 1110am even though I went down just before 11 to get a replacement card after going out for breakfast was asked are you checking out now… Please work on your counter staff customer service it need a huge improvement.

Centrally located near railway station and free CAT buses. Easy walk to both malls. Large rooms with twin beds. Helpful reception staff for luggage storage and restaurant advise. Ventilation could be improved in corridor leading to room 25/26 on level 4. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was a good size and had what I needed with the kitchen etc. and bed extremely comfortable. However, after staying in 2 Adina’s in Brisbane. Which is why I chose this one along with its close proximity to everything I needed it was old and furniture old and outdated. It is in need of a refurb. I was placed in what is an apartment for disabled people I felt quite guilty being in there in case it might have been available for them. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and check in and check out seamless. A shout out to the lovely lady who wore her head scarf as she got got into my car to help me find the car parking as I was struggling to find it. She went above and beyond and I was super impressed with her!! Please pass this onto her manager.
