The water flow of outlet in the wash room of Room#305 was bad. Shower half way have to stop to wait for the water to subside else the toilet can be flooded. I took quick showers in first 3 days and I started to notice it from 4th day onwards. The mattress was too soft for me.

A really average hotel compared to others nearby. It was not very clean, the beds were on rollers with no locks, the heating wasn’t working and they said they would send someone up and didn’t.

Relaxing stay

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Perth and now is one of my favourite hotels in Perth. I love how it has a heated pool for winter use, plus a sauna and steam room. Made a very relaxing stay. The place is top notch. Restaurant where breakfast is very modern.

We had such a great stay! I brought my two nieces along for the Katy Perry concert and the property was absolutely perfect for us. The complimentary cheese board was a lovely touch — we really appreciated it. The pool was amazing and such a great way to unwind, and the cold plunge baths were a surprising highlight — so refreshing! I also loved the thoughtful design of the lifts, with separate ones for lower and upper levels — very convenient. When I got caught without a room key, the reception team were friendly and helpful, and quickly sorted a replacement so I could get back up to the room. The room itself was spotless and had everything we needed — thank you! We also really enjoyed the bar downstairs — spacious, welcoming, and the perfect spot to relax with a drink. We had a bite to eat there before the concert and it was both quick and delicious. The only small hiccup was that check-in took a bit longer than expected, but overall, our stay was fantastic. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
