Not the place it used to be

Rooms are getting run down and not "clean in the corners", kind of nasty actually. Do not even keep coffee and water available in the lobby as is pretty standard practice at even budget hotels now. Disappointed as the Julian was always considered a grand place to stay, but other than location just not as special as it used to be.
