The room was clean with the exception of a leftover dried washcloth with what appeared to be pubic hair on it left in the shower. Also, I left my cell phone charger in the room. I wasn't able to return to the hotel until 4 days after I checked out. Of course, the charger was not in their lost and found. It's no doubt in the possession of the housekeeper who cleaned the room. So, thanks for that.

The night clerk tried to charge me twice. The halls were loud and busy well past 1 am. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The pool was closed. At breakfast the coffee was so watered down you could see the bottom of your cup. The maintenance man kept mean mugging everyone. The morning clerk at checkout was the only positive experience I had at this hotel.

The breakfast was very good & the kitchen staff were very friendly. We had a nice time staying there. My only complaint is I picked this location & paid a little extra for it because of the pool. It was/is not operational. They should update their amenities to show this.

The hotel was clean. The pool was closed for maintenance, but no one told us. It was the major attraction for my children when I made the reservation, so they were terribly disappointed. I suggested to the desk clerk that that information ought to have been put on their website, and he told me that they were forbidden to do so. And three times out of five when I needed to go to the reception desk, no one was there, including when I needed to check out. And there is no way to ask someone to come. Staff was friendly when they could be found.

Restroom door did not latch to close. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. Eggs and sausage were cold. Juice was so watered down it was undrinkable. No utensil to get waffles out of maker. Waffle batter was like water and would kit cook thoroughly. Many rude guests, especially at breakfast.Hotel wreaked marijuana in halls. I have stayed here previously and had better experiences. Not sure I will book again.

The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. However, I just had knee surgery and the toilet wasvso short I'm 5"11 I had an awful time utilizing the bathroom. The pool area was in need of attention.There were no towels the pool cold and the furniture was dirty. Very disappointing, I brought my grandchildren to enjoy the pool again I was disappointed.
