Booked it specifically as it advertised indoor and outdoor pool. Upon check in was advised both were closed. Stairs to the second floor, nope, needs an elevator. Margie on check in was not interested, spent time talking to another employee, upon check out she never inquired as to how the stay was. DISAPPOINTED! Never booking there again.
