Property has nice pool area and new hot tub and cold plunge. Yoga and meditation space was closed to guests for the majority of the day which was disappointing since they touted it as a feature. Staff were nice enough. Housekeeping was terrible. Didn’t take away dirty glasses or replace with new, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no spare, but they did make the beds so that’s something.

Very nice facility and area. Short walk to waterfront and restaurants, plus onsite restaurant. Nice pool area but during our week there were lots of kids basically taking over the pool, hot tub and cold dip.

We had a great stay! The rooms are nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the kids had a great time at the pool. We also really appreciated the convenience of the restaurant on site. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Penticton!
