This was the filthiest place to stay.As we had a very late arrival (1 AM), the parking lot was very busy with obvious drug sales and prostitution. Each parking space was filled with people inside the vehicles doing god knows what. The entire place reeked like marijuana, including the lobby. When entering the lobby,I was greeted by another guest who was clearly part of the prostitution part of this facility, hickeys all over her neck(really methed up)and asking for a phone charger. The receptionist was nice, but before greeting me,was under the desk getting high. She advised my room had been cancelled but there was still an open room, although I had called earlier in the day to let them know we would be a late arrival. Some of the windows of the rooms are covered in foil. The interior smells like weed, cigarettes, and mold. The people staying there are obviously regulars/there for one specific reason, which made it very sketchy to even walk down the hall way to check out the room. The door to our room was off the hinges and the only way it closed was to lift it back into place. Two of the four of us females entered the room with our guns drawn to be sure no one was in there. The beds/carpet/bathroom had blood stains and other questionable bodily fluids all over them.We returned the key to the receptionist after beating on the door to get her attention as she laid on the reception couch partially topless.Did not offer a refund, acted like she had no clue what kind of place she was working for.

Dirty, unsafe, and unsanitary hotel. The first room we were assigned was filthy and nasty, and had not been cleaned. There was dirty clothes, the bed was not made, and there was trash/ ashes in the room. I could smell marijuana, and cigarette smoke in the hallways. The people in the next room were yelling and arguing at 1:00 in the morning and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. We couldn’t sleep the rest of the night, because we feared what could happen next.

There's a saying, one man's trash, is another man's treasure... granted, I am someone who enjoys a nice, clean, quiet place to sleep when myself, and my children travel... so this place wasn't for me. HOWEVER... If you are someone who likes lobbies filled with people that looks like the green room of Jerry Springer, or if you like having many options for buying drugs, or renting a woman on your walk from your car. This is the place for you! Or if you like oddly wet and sticky and stained carpeting in your room, or a door that looks like it had been kicked in and re-hung by a blind person so that it's so poorly sealed that your room smells so badly of weed that it wakes you up because you think a bunch of Rastafarians set up camp at the foot of your bed... you'll LOVE this place. I'm guessing the pot smoke is why they had plastic bags over the smoke detector in the room I was in. Oh and if you can't sleep when it's too quiet... this is your place, the screaming matches throughout the night, doors opening and closing constantly (I'm guessing it's the offices of the women and dealers in the parking lot) people crashing into the wall... it's an ASMR paradise to some. A big plus is I would assume there's heavy police surveillance on the property, so that's PROBABLY why my car wasn't stolen overnight, oddly enough though, there were two cars in the parking lot when I left with flat tires.... so maybe it's not THAT over patrolled.

Horrible---DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
This place is a disgusting disgrace. The front desk clerk was friendly enough, but should of realized what kind of hotel it was by her appearance the collared shirt she had on was stained. Went around to the back of the hotel and a couple of the rooms had plywood for windows. Entered the hallway and the stench of the place started burning my throat and nose and instant headache. The hallway rugs were stained to the point you couldn't tell what color they were supposed to be. Entered the room where the stench continued. The room was filth ly the beds hair all over them as did the bathroom the lights didn't work. Never took any of my things inside went out and cancelled and found a much cleaner place. I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Not Expensive

This is very much a "you get what you pay for" deal.  I stayed there one night so that I could go to the beach on the early morning bus.  If you need economy more than comfort, then this is the place.  The room was not particularly clean and neither was the bathroom.  But again, if the idea is economy, then 1.5-2.0 star accommodations will suffice.  This is not for the traveler who has a 3 star baseline.  I took a greyhound bus in from New Orleans to enjoy the beach and to return to New Orleans to complete my vacation in a 5 star hotel.  If you want more, pay more.  The staff was extremely helpful and the lobby bathroom was very usable.

Awful!

Filthy and awful! Do not recommend! Very noisy and dirty. Just a one night stay - would much rather have paid more money for a decent place!

The hotel made me feel like returning on the next trip

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, friendly staff
I would recommend the Ramada On Pensacola Blvd to any visitor to the area looking for a good value in a clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The facility is conveniently located just off I 10 and is close to just about everything in Pensacola. We enjoyed the beaches, an airshow including the Blue Angels, Sailing off the National Seashore Park and lots more. We had a small maintenance issue that was taken care of promptly and the staff made us feel at home. Real Southern hospitality here with friendly and helpful people at all levels of the staff including the Manager Flora. Unless you expect concierge service stay at this hotel.

The Literal Worst

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, dirty, poor maitenance, poor value, poor customer service
This was the worst hotel stay I've had in a long time. We had to wait outside for about 10 minutes to check in as there was no agent in the locked lobby and no one would answer the phone. When the agent finally came she was not very friendly or helpful. The room when we finally checked in was disgusting. A third of the floor was soaked from some unknown source and we could not even walk around the room without our feet getting damp and dirty. The bathroom was grimy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. The bed was uncomfortable and the blankets were scratchy. The bathroom door did not even close. The hotel was very noisy, a dog barked continuously in the room next to ours, and a child was screaming in the hallway at all hours of the night. The walls seemed paper thin. The only positive was that the breakfast was decent, not great, but considering the rest of the amenities at least it was something. The price paid for the room was not worth what we got. If you can stay somewhere else, do.

Nasty

We stayed at Ramada 2 nights, and for those 2 days they did not change the trash inside or outside the hotel. People were stacking things around the trash cans because nothing else would go in them, which inturn brought ENORMOUS roaches, I would not recommend this hotel!!!
