The best part of the stay was a decent shower with enough hot water, which seemed to be in short supply on our trip across the country. And we liked being able to park directly in front of our unit, which made for easy transporting of our bags etc. The rooms are small and dated but still functioned adequately. It was the least attractive and most expensive of all of the places we stayed all along I-10 from CA to FL.

Front desk lady was so nice and inviting I would probably stay there every time I visit because of her and the rooms were nice for the price not bad at all

Opened the door and there was a roach crawling across the desk. The room smelled dirty. The bathroom was dirty with a dark ring of dust cover the back edge of the tub. While walking on the carpet I experienced biting on my ankles. Soon my son and my dog were scratching continuously. Needless to say we checked out less than an hour after our arrival and went to another hotel. The gentleman behind the front desk was very apologetic and gave us a full refund.

Lisa was great when i checked in however checking out was another thing i went to the office to turn on my keys and reported something bit me on my arm and under my arm the general manager was saying he would report it and let someone see it to see about a refund but i honestly just wanted to let him know what’s going on i don’t care about the money but i do care about what i spent so i recommend no one stay here unless you are prepared to make a complaint because he didn’t seem like he cared kinda upset about it

Good location but everything else wad terrible. Staff was rude, didnt give military discount and the room was not clean. Dirty bathroom, fridge, counterops. Will never stay at another red roof inn.
