W109 - This highly sought-after three-bedroom, three-bathroom corner unit boasts stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of America. The master bedroom features Gulf views, direct access to a large balcony, a flat-screen TV, a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and bean bag chairs for the kids. The second guest bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV.

The living room features a large flat-screen TV and ample seating, making it perfect for movie nights. The kitchen has been updated with new quartz countertops, cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances, including a double "smart" oven and a warming drawer.

Additionally, the wet bar is equipped with a pellet ice maker and a mini fridge, ideal for preparing cocktails or enjoying a drink on the spacious, fully furnished balcony. Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the master bedroom.
