Great Place

This was a really great place to stay, it was very clean. In a really great location, the property managers were really amazing and reached out to let us know about everything we needed. My kids had a great time, and loved how close the walk to the beach was. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Home away from home

Condo was exactly as expected. Loved the bar stools on the balcony as opposed to the normal table. Very clean.

Excellent All Around!

Check-in was very easy. Upon arrival, our unit was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have recommended this to all of our friends and family!

BEACH TIME

The condo was nice...could use some updating...and tile floors could use a cleaning...other than that...was very relaxing and LOVED being right on the beach...Also put balcony to good use. Will be back for sure.

Nice place

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

Enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs. Also enjoyed one complimentary sunset cruise. Only issue was the WIFI and cable went in and out several times on our first few days. Brooks & Shorey were responsive if we needed them.

However, the mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom, the bathroom could use a paint job or a serious cleaning of the walls above and around the shower and the furniture in the living room and dining room are showing some wear. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was really smooth,I booked the place online on a Sunday afternoon and the following Monday morning I heard from the friendly staff, the customer service was always great. I absolutely loved the condo ,also loved the fact that the actuall resort wasn't so big so it felt like we had our own private beach , when most of the resorts were huge and were full of people. The condo is really cute , great location and just enough space for us. Will defenely book this place again .

The location was great, the condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well equiped and you just couldn't beat the view of the beach. The condo building was well maintained as well. The elevator was a little hot and sometimes musty smelling, but we were thankful to have an elevator in the building. The staff at Brooks and Shorey Resorts was awesome as well. We will definately be back to visit again.
