No hot water and we were not notifed until we got there, that they were without hot water for a month already! We arrived so tired, that we decided to stay like that. Personal is nice, but the hotel this time was not in good shape, the area where the bar and restaurant is, was closed, breakfast was served in an office like area, very small to the point that we decided to take it to the room to eat it there as people did not fit in that small place. I hope they finish all the fixing project before nobody goes there anymore.

No the spa wasn't relaxing wasn't maintained minor pool furniture not in good condition One night into my stay next day no hot water throughout my whole stay September 18- 22 just wished for a at least one night that I was staying there hoping one nice hot shower No many refrigerator no microwave bathtub all peeling from relaminating. The place looks good online photos But the place has fallen apart And to cancel my stay would be a cancellation fee of $100 I decided to ride it out Not a good experience terrible This place can be a great place to stay if they had the right investors and management

Alll is well, desk staff could be a little more friendly considering there wasn’t any microwaves in my room and when asked to use one down stairs, the guy was very rude about it but eventually we did get to use it.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were not informed in advance that there was no hot water, and upon arrival we were surprised by this situation. Two days later, the problem was still not resolved, and we had not received a clear answer on when the service would be restored. The lack of communication and quick resolution made us feel neglected as guests.

The hotel needs some refurbishment. The breakfast was very minimal, not much choice, in fact we could not serve ourselves, we had to ask for food, and when asked for more eggs, we were told we could only have 1 portion and the only other option of hot food, was pancake, there was no fruit juice, only water. It was minimal.

This is the worse "hotel" anyone would want to stay at. I found the staff very cordial and professional. But, for the 4 days I was there, there was no hot water for showering etc. and they said it was due to the "city". I do not believe that. Also, to my surprise, they charged $25 plus tax for parking. This is robbery. They said they would refund me the parking charges because of the inconvenience with the "hot water". They have refused to do so despite Expedia's efforts. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Touts itself as a Resort and Spa... nothing about it was relaxing. The room was old and run down without even a microwave or mini fridge. The room was musty and felt wet, the carpet and blankets felt damp and we couldnt walk around barefoot because our feet would get wet and sticky from the carpet... the bed was broken, we had a huge dip in the mattress. Hardly any accessible outlets. During our stay, we had no hot water. We were only comped the parking fees for the inconvenience. The walls are super thin as well... The continental breakfast left you wanting...it was bland and had hardly any options. The wait staff for it were very unfriendly too. The only nice thing I can say is the front desk staff throughout were friendly.

This place is so ghetto. Kids running in the hallways. Group of kids in the front at night time making noise. Nothing quiet about this place at all. Dirty carpet. Out dated everything in the rooms. Horrible. Do not stay here.
