"Traveled end of August, family of 4. If you are looking to book the 2 bedroom villa, expect to have two separate 1br. Apartments connected with a connecting door found in hotels with double rooms. So essentially we had two kitchens and two bathrooms. This info is not mentioned anywhere when booking I would have looked elsewhere if I was aware of this. Units were clean and kitchens well equipped with basics. Both apt have washer/dryer combo but their functionality is somewhat questlionable. A units are with a garden view and bedrooms have no windows (poor building design and planning imo), B units are ocean view and have much better layout. Since day 1 there was mildew odor in apt A that we though just by using the AC and the fans will go away, but when it didn't I found out that actually it was the dryer unit that was leaking and odor was coming from that closet. We stayed most of the time in unit B so not a big issues but if you are staying in 6102A definitely inspect on day 1.Resort is on a private beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.
Water was not very clear due to some of the overgrown seaweed bed on the beach. Water shoes are must since there are rocks here and there entering the water. If you are looking to order food while at the beach you can do so from the pelican grill or from the pool bar just if you do order from the bar expect to wait at least 1 h for food that is mediocre at best. Shout out to Jimmy security guy, overall we had a great time."
