Location is approx 20 minute walk from beach and Main Street. Mail with convenience store and fast food option within 5 minutes. Food at Bistro restaurant on site is very good. Great pool, Pool side service was a nice option.

We stayed here in August for two nights, planning to do some biking and spending time at the beach after a week of back-country camping. We ended up spending almost our entire stay at the pool, it felt like staying at a luxury resort. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, the pool area with hot tub and plunge pool were better than expected and we really appreciated i the poolside drinking and dining. Having stayed at a couple of different places in Penticton prior to our camping trip, we would definitely come back here again.

This property was like you woke up at an all inclusive! The salt room, cold plunge, sauna and hot tubs were perfect for relaxing! The pool area was gorgeous! Rooms were beautiful, new and beds were very comfy. Highly recommend this hotel if coming to penticton

Great that the property asks how many times you would like your room cleaned/tidied. Would be nice if the property had a few in-room instructions for guests. We didn’t have any information on how to run the air conditioner so trial and error. The hotel could also do with expanding their TV channels as they are very limited (not that we watched much TV but not much choice anyway).
