The condo had so much space very quite met a few neighbors who live there yr around. Very nice community as we always stay at True Blue while in Pawleys Island. Looking to retire here as it’s a perfect location for us .

You can never go wrong with True Blue

True Blue rentals are always a hit with our family - convenient distance to everything (food, shopping, beaches, etc.) and with a pool it makes it easier to cope with those rainy days when you want to get some swimming time in between showers. The condo is clean, spacious (enough for a family of 6), well equipped with anything you may need.

We were thrilled to find a property that suited our needs as older guests — clean, no stairs, a walk-in shower, restaurants close by, pool just across from the unit, even TVs with remotes that worked! Everything was just as it was supposed to be, except that Tropical Storm Debby kept us from enjoying many outside activities, but that didn't keep us from eating great seafood and BBQ or being able to ride around the area and relaxing. Easy peasy vacation for us!

My family rented three of these condos over the Fourth of July weekend and all three of them were excellent. They each had their own swimming pool located on the property. The pools were sparkling clean and so was the hot tub you had access to over 350 acres fun, relaxation, enjoyment, and safe facilities.

Quick Family Getaway

Stayed at the True Blue Villa this week for a quick family getaway. You could not not ask for a cleaner place to stay. The property has everything you could need for a stay with a family. Plenty of bedrooms and nicely spaced apart. 2 full bathrooms were great and again spotless. We were initially worried about how quiet it was and felt like it was a retirement community, however after spending a lot of time at the pool, we realized that was not the case. It was all families with children. Pool area was clean and location was great and right across from the unit. Huntington State Beach was a 8 minute drive and one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Check in and Out was so easy. Communication with Kathy was great. We had no issues or complaints at all. Highly recommend this property for a stay in the beautiful Pawleys Island Area.

Pawleys Island is a quaint quiet destination close to beaches and out of the main traffic of Myrtle Beach. True Blue is a nice Golf Community with lots of beautiful foliage & birds. Nice pool & beds. We thoroughly enjoyed visit.

Perfect place for golf trip!

Our family (5) stayed at True Blue II Villa for a 3-day high school golf tournament. The condo was located on hole #4 of True Blue, and a very short ride to both Caledonia and True Blue. In fact, the location was perfect. We visited the beach in Litchfield (about 10 min drive) a couple times and enjoyed shelling and finding sharks teeth. Our time in the condo was comfortable. Everything was very clean, well-equipped, and nicely appointed. The recliner was the most comfortable one I’ve ever experienced…great place to relax after golf!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo tremendously. One of our group has some mobility issues, so the ground floor location was extremely helpful. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Comfortable bedding; nice to have portable HEPA air purifiers in the unit as well.

Very clean, great communication.

This is probably the cleanest vacation rental we’ve been in to date. Kathy is a wonderful property manager who is super efficient with communication and is friendly. Easy check in and check out. The pool was never crowded and there are so many good places to eat and shop close by. I highly recommend Gios. It was pricey but the best Italian food I’ve ever had. We were easily able to unwind and relax which is what vacation is for.

Wonderful Rental

The unit was great. Just as it was described. In an exceptional area and perfect for a long weekend of playing golf. Place was very clean, checkin process was very easy. Couldnt recommend this property more for anyone looking for a great stay in Pawleys Island.

Clean condo in a great location.

The condo was clean but dated, it does need some updates. The middle bath shower door would not slide properly. The master bed headboard would hit the wall everytime you moved/rolled over. It is not properly attached to the bed frame. The front spare bedroom fan works but wobbles really bad and makes a knocking noise. We really enjoyed staying in your condo and the location was perfect for our stay.
