"The staff was friendly. The location was safe. The room was clean. The shower had hot water. The room was a comfortable temperature (that could be adjusted). There was a T.V., microwave and mini fridge. Ice was available. There were several fast food places within walking distance (next door, across the parking lot, across the street). And the price was right... I didn't want to pay for ammenities I wouldn't have time to use. All I needed was a safe and comfortable place to sleep and shower on our road trip. It checked all the boxes for me. (The building was a little dated inside, but not dirty, I didn't mind)."
