I liked the breakfast very hearty and good, the only thing I didn’t like is they charge for parking $10 per night. Maybe because your close to the airport but if you’re a guest they should not charge.

Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and very welcoming. Room size was good but some bed sheets were still dirty with stains and drain was slow backing up water in bathroom sink and tub. Heater worked excellent for visiting in the month of November. One thing they did charge was a $10.00 for parking per night something that was not disclosed when booking.

Our stay might have been very brief but the care at all levels at this hotel, very conveniently located just minutes from the ABQ airport, was astounding. The survey doesn't mention the VERY helpful shuttle service that added that much more convenience to an already-comfortable stay. intended for the business traveler, this hotel nonetheless caters to the casual traveler and our stay was a very good one. As we ate the breakfast featuring a variety of healthy offerings, we couldn't help but notice the basketball court and the (covered because it was November!) pool. The amenities are plentiful and we cannot recommend this hotel and its caring staff more highlyl.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Cooking area had obvious signs of recent cooking, splatters on the wall. Bathroom had hair in it, not a great job with the cleaning department. White curtains looked like pizza oil had been spilled on them. Just not a very clean experience. New paid parking for hotel was a major turn off. We've been here just a year ago and they implemented this about 5 months ago. Add $10 a night to your stay for the total cost. :(

I like the rooms, they were so fresh and clean. The breakfast was awesome. Hot fresh food. The ladies that were working in the kitchen were so nice and helpful. I asked for more tortillas they were so generous to put out more. I would like to tell the ladies thuu ÿo keep up the hard work that they do every morning COOK And I would like to also tell the maids to keep up the great hard work. The room We're so comfortable n cozy. I am definitely, going to come back again to stay a couple more nights because of how I am treated with So much respect and how the workers are so helpful n nice, I really like your guys's attitude. But the only thing I disagree with are the parking Lots, of how we had to pay $10 a night for a parking space. After paying for the rooms just didn't feel right paying for the parking lot space. So the check in was great. Friendly staff, easy process. I overheard that the parking was $10 a night, so I asked about it and it was confirmed. But the staff hadn't mentioned it when we were at the desk checking in. The room wasn't the King Suite I reserved...it was a double queen. Fine. The room (112) was...well worn. It could use an upgrade. We really needed to use the ironing board, but the leg was broken. I asked the front desk if we could borrow a working one...they didn't have any. So we had to lay the broken ironing board on the floor and did our best to iron the costumes for our film shoot down the road. When I woke up at 6;and tried to take a shower, no hot water. I fiddled with the hot and cold range of the shower knob for about 20 minutes, but it stayed cold...so, cold shower for me. Definitely woke me up. A bit disappointed in the whole experience. These are similar to the reasons we stopped staying at Hilton properties several years ago. Plus the Hilton Honors program is terrible. But we thought we'd give them another shot. The whole experience was levels better than expected with airport hotels. Staff were good, very helpful and pleasant, just lobby area alone sold me on the stay, room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than many actual restaurants we see today, older lady running in put heart into the food it showed, found my new favorite name when traveling.

First of all, I have to say the staff were very nice, but the condition of the building was poor. Are all kinds of broken things that needed to be repaired. I hope my management sees this and does something about it. Thank you very much.
