"I had an outstanding stay at Only You Atocha and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. During my stay, I lost my cell phone, along with my ID, debit card, and credit cards. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Samuel went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to assisting me throughout the process. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a difficult experience much easier to manage.
