Skip this place. This place has lot of potential but it’s neglected, I would not recommend staying here.Pros: lots of square footage, quiet and safe neighborhood, kitchen well stocked with cooking pans, nice washer/dryer, high chairs provided, A/C works well, the atrium is really nice & shaded in the afternoon, the host approved allowing other local family members to come over for a gathering, price was lower than most other properties in the area.Cons: The house desperately needs some TLC. The property is tired and in need of attention. Instructions were not provided for the pool or TVs. We figured out the TVs but never did get the pool heater to work, water had a yellow/brown tint to it which was concerning, dishwasher left a soapy film on everything so we used all paper plates & utensils. Some of these were minor inconveniences, some were frustrating oversights, and some are major reasons we’d recommend not staying here.The owner was communicative but his communication was confusing and not exactly helpful. We received check-in instructions only after asking 4 times over 3 days.It has the bare essentials like beds, hot water, and working A/C but the hospitality side is severely lacking. We would not stay here again and we would not recommend this place.
