Just moments from both Main Street and the Snow Park Slopes, the location is prime. The home features 3 large ensuite bedrooms and additional sleeper sofa in living room. which allows 10 to sleep comfortably. Open gourmet kitchen/living space has incredible mountain views. Wrap up a day of adventure with a soak in your private hot tub.

The Location -

Premiere location in Lower Deer Valley just across from Deer Valley Grocery Cafe and Pebble Beach (free transit is 3-5 minutes door to door). Just one mile to Snow Park And the base of DV while still being just a 5 minute transit ride to Main Street. 2 parking spots included (one in garage)

The Space -
It's a rarity to find a townhome style condo in lower Deer Valley with two entrances on different levels and multiple decks.
Upper Level -
-Kitchen - Enjoy a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (hello new countertops and premium appliances) with a counter that seats 3 and a table for 5.

Excellent stay! Wonderful small details like reusable shopping bags and toiletries. And great access to the bus system for transport up to Deer Valley - the stop is right outside the complex and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus.

Best house ever for access to Deer Valley & Park City

This house is so wonderful. It is equipped with everything you need. It is clean and simply beautiful. Kathryn was so helpful with questions we had. She was quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the snow fall. One of the best parts is that it is a five minute drive to the Deer Valley parking lot or skier drop off and also a five minute drive the other direction to Park City. You can use the shuttle service!! We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Deer Valley Convenience

This booking was for a group of friends annually going on ski trips. It was our first time in Deer Valley as a group, and the townhouse did not disappoint. It is very convenient to the Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City, Utah. Great amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and hot tub! We would go back.

The owner was very responsive and welcoming to their home. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to Deer Valley. Only piece to be aware of is the email I received for check in came through my junk folder. So remember to check that if you stay here.

Great Ski Vacation

We had a great time at this townhouse -- everything was perfect for our family of 5 with ample space, bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything needed including spices, plastic wrap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Great location to ski at DV or get to Main Street. Hope to be back next year!

Awesome Deer Valley condo

We just returned from a week stay at Joanne's condo and it was great! 5 stars all around. The location was a short bus ride to Snow Park Base Lodge (2 stops) and the bus stopped right out on the street in from top the condo. The condo was on the main road, but it was remarkably quiet inside, Everything was clean and in order, the master bed mattress was comfortable and the condo was exactly as it appears in the photos. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

This was a perfect place for skiing Deer valley and visiting Park City. The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Can't beat the easy access to Snow Park base via shuttle or bus that picks up right outside the unit.

We spent years going to Deer Valley and this home rental is the best yet! Perfect Deer Valley Condo

We had a wonderful time at this Aspenwood condo in Deer Valley. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of bedroom space for the kids. The kitchen is top of the line, and open to the family room which made it a great place to gather. The private hot tub on the deck felt amazing after a long day of skiing. Location-wise, this is the next best option after ski-in/out. You are a quick 2 minute shuttle/bus ride away, and the bus stop is directly out the front door. We even walked back one day (w/ skis and ski boots) due to holiday traffic getting out of the resort. During our stay we had a couple questions that were immediately answered by the property manager, even after hours. Great communication from the PM as well as Joanne the owner leading up to check-in and throughout the stay. I can't recommend this condo enough! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your townhome!
