First, the good: The check-in team was superb. The location was excellent. The apartment was large and spacious and the small kitchen and combo washer/dryer were much appreciated. The shower was excellent. Next, the okay: There were awkward stairs leading down into the unit and up to the full bathroom that was just off the entryway. The unit is on the first floor and looks out into a courtyard. During our stay there was loud construction happening literally right next door. There is peeling paint on the shower ceiling, and the living area furniture is tired/old. The not so good: One of the windows was broken and would not fully close, and could not be fixed during our stay (part needed). Luckily there were bars in front of the window. The unit was missing a smoke/CO detector even though it said it had one. Once we discovered this (after 2 nights), they added one promptly. The kitchen sink faucet had to be tightened, done promptly.

L’appartement est tres bien situé, auncalme, à 1 minutes des metros 3 8 et aussi à 10/12 minutes de Chatelet en passant par la rue Montorgueil et ses 10aines de restaurants. En 15/20 minutes de marche on est au Louvre. Bref, emplacement ideal.
