First off, unlike other reviews, I found the communications with our host, Sarah to be great. No issues there. On the morning of our arrival we received full instructions for getting into the apartment. We were able to arrange for early checkin, as we flew into CDG that morning. The apartment is really cute, clean, and modern. It had everything we needed (linens, paper products, etc). While it wasn't a problem for myself or 12 year old daughter, I will note that the stairs to the sleeping loft are extremely narrow, slippery and steep. I would not recommend it if you have any mobility issues. Also, the building's stairs from the ground floor to the apartment are in excellent condition, but steep and crooked. The apartment is only on the first floor up, so not a big deal, but again, I would not recommend it if you have problems on stairs. The neighborhood is great, with metro and RER train stations very close by, and a fantastic gluten-free bakery (Copains) just a couple minutes away. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay for your Paris trip.

AVOID due to host!!!

The location was really fantastic so it makes me sad to leave a negative review, but you should be warned. After a long day of travel, we were never given check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging the host for over an hour and were stranded in front of the busy building. Vrbo was about to put us up somewhere else as they weren’t answering any of our calls. 1.5 hours later vrbo got a hold of them and we finally got to check in only to find the WiFi was not working. We tried calling and messaging multiple times to resolve the issue and they never fixed it. Paying this much for a stay to not have WiFi for 5 days is unacceptable. There was not enough toilet paper, no trash bags, and no paper towels. Honestly I’m so relieved no other big issues occured because I’m positive the host would not have gotten back to us in a timely manner to address it. Unreliable communication is what you will get from Guest Adom!

Not the most comfortable apartment, good location

The location was perfect and great to use as a base. However, there was no toilet paper when I arrived, the wifi password didn't work and messaging the host didn't result in assistance, and despite paying a cleaning fee there was a note asking me to strip the bed, take out the trash, buy supplies if I used the last of them, etc, which seemed odd. I was also told before booking that if the apartment was ready early, I would be able to leave my bags there ahead of the 4pm check-in time. However, when I arrived (exhausted after a 10-hour flight, hauling luggage) I received a curt response several hours after I messaged the host that my check-in at 4pm. I found out that the apartment was indeed ready several hours before that, so either they weren't communicating with each other or simply didn't want to bother allowing me to leave my things. When I did strip the bed, there was a large stain on the dusty mattress pad, which was not unexpected but a bit of a last unpleasant blow. If the price is right, bring your own toilet paper and just don't spend any time there.

Gem in the heart of Le Marais!

We loved our stay at this quaint and cozy apartment. It was plenty spacious enough for my tween daughter and me. Location was fantastic. Close walk to metro station and tons of shops and restaurants. Loved the floor to ceiling window with a small balcony overlooking the street. We had two very minor issues while there, and the maintenance tech was there within 20 minutes of contacting the host company and quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend!!!

Pire reservation a vie

On nous a transmis un mauvais code pour obtenir la clef de la propriete. Arrive a minuit, extenue apres une longue journee de voyage, ce fut tres penible. Proprete douteuse du lit, de la cuisine et de la salle d'eau, aucun linge pour essuyer la vaisselle et aucun linge pour l'entretien quotidien des comptoirs, Sarah repond parfois erronnement ou ne repond pas. Les dosettes de cafe etaient inexistantes. Il n'y avait qu'un seul drap dans le lit. Le plafond de la chambre a 1,50 metre n'etait pas specifie dansdans l'annonce.
