This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris. Privileged location close to the Eiffel Tower and Place du Trocadero which offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of Paris.
The square is surrounded by pleasant cafes on one side and the majestic Palais de Chaillot on the other. There is a lot of very beautiful museums: the Museum of the Navy and its collections of ship models since the 17th century, the Museum of Man and its ethnographic collections, and finally the Museum of French Monuments that will make you discover the monumental art (architecture, sculpture, stained glass) in France for 40 years.

Getting Around:
Metro lines 6 and 9 are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus also.

Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.

This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989).

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

- In vocational training

- Professional change

- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

- In graduate studies

- In apprenticeship contract

- Internship

- In voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in
