Central location. Lots of dining and attractions nearby. A little smaller than it appears in pictures and bathrooms not close to bedrooms but quiet, safe and comfortable.

Great Location

For our group of 6 we had three requirements when picking a place to stay. 1. Must have two toilets minimum. 2. No stairs (or just very few stairs). 3. Close to restaurants and things to do. But must also be affordable. This place fit the bill. Right in the heart of Paris. The Louvre is less than a block away. Lots of nearby restaurants. Easy walk to Saint Chapelle and Notre Dame. Just as I envisioned it. We had one small snafu. On our ride to the apartment from Disneyland I get a message that there was a leak and they would put us in different accommodations. Not ideal but at least we had a place to go. We were placed in an upgraded unit for one night. A 5 bedroom with AC. The next morning we were able to check into our original booking. Even though this switch caused much panic and confusion for us, it all worked out in the end. Apartment was as listed. My brother is 6’3” and very broad shouldered so getting in the shower was a tight squeeze but he was able to fit in. We knew this from the pics going in, so it was not unexpected. The only downfall for this apartment is there is only one key. And the key is needed to get into the stairwell. So if someone was coming back late, one of us would have to wait up to let them in. Or mid day, my sister in law couldnt nap because she’d have to let us in if we were coming back.

The location is fantastic. The couch and chairs are stained. The kitchen is serviceable. It has the basic with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee, Nespresso maker, toaster, and an induction cooktop and fridgeThere is no oven. No dishwasher. Do not plan on cooking meals here.It is a single washer dryer combo unit. There is one full bath one room with the toilet only and one room with a shower sink combo. So not traditional two full bath, 1/2 bath. Overall, we loved our time there. The location was fantastic despite being on a busy street. It was quiet. Spacious enough for our family of five. It’s a perfect apartment to be going all day and coming home for a comfortable sleep. It is a short distance to the metro a short distance to great shopping a short distance to the groceries.

location location location!

this is a great location, it needs some TLC and updating, but it is solid. Fans keep the rooms cool, the vibe of the neighborhood is incredible. Michelin stared restaurants are steps away, so are amazing cafes and boullangeries, PASTRIES!!! and did I mention its famous neighbor- The Louvre! Metro stops are right there and the SEINE!!!! fantastic place, needs a good cleaning and an updated couch and furniture, BEDS WE GREAT!

Beautiful Stay in the Heart of Paris

Beautiful little apartment, perfectly centrally located just steps from the Metro, the Louvre, and many restaurants and shops. Short walk to Notre Dame and easily accessible to all the main sights of Paris. Very clean. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Very responsive communication in advance, during check-in and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend for small groups or families who value location and a bit of space to relax during their stay.

A wonderful stay in Paris!

We loved the location and the apartment had all the amenities! We loved the bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen! It was also such a plus to have a brand new washing machine! We had to buy our own coffee pods, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. after three requests were not addressed. This was an expensive rental per day with quite low kitchen and toilet supplies.

Great Location

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Just a few steps to the Metro station. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be that it’s probably time to get a new couch and chairs. I highly recommend this place for a group or family of 6.

Great location

Fabulous place and location. Right next to the metro and shopping and Notre Dame neighborhood. Was set up well for our family of 7 to stay with our adult children! We would definitely stay here again.

A Very Expensive One Star Hotel

Amazing location. Easy check in/ check out. However, the apartment itself was a complete disappointment. The living room and kitchen windows open to a tiny and very dark courtyard. The courtyard is big enough to house the entire complex's trash cans and the windows are just above said cans. So, the sunny living room photo is not representative of what ones experience is. The full bathroom is by the entry, with an additional toilet right adjacent to it. The bedrooms and the other shower and sink are all the way on the other side of the apartment. The towels were pilled dingy "white". We tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment. So basically, it was like staying in an incredibly expensive one star apartment close to the Louvre. If this was a $200-$300 a night place, I'd understand. However, at the rate they are charging, this was completely disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Amazing Location

We have spent a lot of time in Paris over the years. This location is amazing. Bistros, bakeries and museums steps away. Nice updated decor. We are a family of 8. It was tight, but worked just fine as we spent most of our time out and about.
