In a new and well maintained building, 10 min walking from the RER C Ivry sur Seine, taking you to Saint-Michel Notre Dame stations in 10min, Champs de Mars-Eiffel Tower in 20min. Free parking. Appartement neuf, très jolie et très propre

L’appartement est très bien équipé, neuf, joli et propre, avec deux balcons et une merveilleuse vue ! C’est un peux compliquer pour aller au centre de Paris avec les transports publics. La seule chose qui nous a dérangé est que les draps et les serviettes de bain pour les locataires suivantes étaient suspendues dans l’appartement et que la machine à lavée était en train de laver quand nous sommes arrivés. En dehors de cela tout était parfait !

Pleasant, clean Paris holiday base

Jelena is the perfect host. Her communication was brilliant arranging to meet us on arrival. Helpfully explaining access, house rules, garbage arrangements etc. She informed us on arrival that the housekeeper had reported the washing machine was faulty and reassured us that she would contact an engineer. It was fixed the following morning! Train station into Paris is about 10 minutes walk away and metro about 20. Many buses are also nearby, 2€ per trip, but be warned that they don’t accept cash and have a text booking system which needs premium text enabled on your mobile. There’s a Lidl 3 mins walk away and a wonderful bakery just 5 mins. There’s a Velib bike dock just outside the apartment ( Paris’ ‘Boris’ bikes) which is also really handy. We didn’t really explore the local area favouring journeys into Paris each day. The parking space is underground and securely accessible via a button on the apartment key fob. The apartment is well maintained, wonderfully clean and well provided. Just need to finish by thanking Jelena for being such an excellent host.

Great location.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Close to a nice grocery store. 15 minute walk to the train. The apartment was well set up. We would stay again. Thanks very much.

Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto

L'appartamento è perfetto per 8 persone, ben curato e attrezzato di tutto il necessario. La zona è un po' periferica ma il centro di Parigi si raggiunge molto bene con la metro 7 (fermata raggiungibile con una camminata di 20-25 minuti o tramite bus che passa vicino casa). Lidl vicino casa ma lo sconsiglio, meglio Carrefour raggiungibile con una camminata di 20 minuti). Consiglio per l'host: dato che il bagno è uno solo sarebbe utile avere a disposizione spugne/stracci e detersivi per pulire. Grazie

Uns wurde ohne Grund kurzfristig eine Woche vorher storniert, obwohl wir bereits ein halbes Jahr vorher gebucht hatten. Das ist echt eine Schweinerei.
