This is a very good location! Walking distance to a lot of good spots, and quiet as well (except for a baking dog every night in the building!). It's a basic simple accommodation, but I didn't need anything more. However, I was glad the temperature was cool in Paris while I stayed, because it gets very stuffy in the studio. There is a fan, thankfully, but even if the windows open, there's no air circulation and no view on anything but a wall. The windows don't have screens, so I wasn't brave enough to leave them open at night. On a hot summer night, it would be very uncomfortable to sleep. The floor had not been washed (my feet got quite dirty from walking barefoot!) but the rest was ok. I own a tourist accommodation myself, so I have a keen eye for detail and there definitely could have been some attention paid to the cleaning of the studio. But for three nights, in a good location for a good price, it was ok .
