Beautiful 1-bedroom (50 sq meters/500+ sq ft) apartment in the 9th arrondissement, the center of the Right Bank. . . Easy walk to Montmartre/Sacre Coeur, Gare du Nord (i.e. Eurostar to London, train to/from CDG), the trendy Canal St Martin and South Pigalle; "Haut Marais" districts, l'Opera, Hotel Drouot antiques district, etc. Easy transit to everywhere (10 min metro ride to Hotel de Ville, Pompidou Museum; the Marais, and 20 min to St Germain, Jardin Luxembourg, Grand Palais, Champs-Elysees etc). Convenient 3-min walk to the Metro (Poissonniere on the 7 Line).

Excellent 1927 Deco building (4th floor, with elevator), with concierge and double-door interphone-system security. On a narrow cobble-stoned street in an authentically Parisian (i.e. non-touristic) villagey neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, ethnic eateries, bars and street life. High ceilings, separate well-equipped kitchen with large fridge, lots of windows, parquet floors, newly renovated re-tiled bathroom, classic moldings, walk-in closet, vintage furniture, washer-dryer. Spacious old-style oak-panelled, steel-caged elevator.
