Great location and views
From 7th floor I could see Notre Dame, The Pompidou Centre, and Sacre Coeur! All main sights were within 3 miles, so walked and explored a lot. Management was quick to respond to small issues with property. Only problem, not under their control, was the lift which was out of action throughout my stay. So 126 steps leaving and returning. Would have been a problem for less fit guests, or those with very heavy luggage.

La vue sans le confort
Situation et vue excellentes, mais le confort est très limité (pas de chauffage suffisant 3 jours sur 4). Aucune réparation. Installation très ancienne, centrale (immeuble), sans thermostat. Equipement cuisine peu pratique : ouverture lave-vaisselle bloquée par machine à laver . Platine VC de puissance insuffisante. Couvert et vaisselle limite (une seule petite cuillère !!!). TV en panne (pas d'intervention). et bien d'autres inconvénients. A EVITER
